About the Role
Kontract Genie is hiring a Legal Associate Trainee. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career lawyers looking to build a strong foundation in corporate and transactional law.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.
- Assisting in corporate and investment transactions (PE/VC/startup deals).
- Supporting real estate transactions.
- Conducting legal research and due diligence.
Eligibility Criteria
- 0–1 year of experience (freshers can apply).
- Strong drafting and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach.
