Key Responsibilities

• Advising on compliance under:
  • DPDP Act (Digital Personal Data Protection Act)
  • IT Act
  • Global data privacy frameworks
• Drafting and negotiating technology and data-related agreements.
• Providing client advisory on data protection and tech law matters.
• Representing clients before regulatory authorities where required.

Eligibility Criteria

• 5+ years of post-qualification experience in:
  • Technology law
  • Data protection/privacy law
  • Related regulatory practice
