About the Internship
Elixir Legal is inviting applications for the role of Assessment Intern. This opportunity is designed for law students interested in gaining hands-on experience in indirect taxation, legal drafting, and dispute resolution.
Eligibility Criteria
- Law students in their final year or penultimate year of law school.
Key Responsibilities
Interns will assist with:
- Drafting replies to Show Cause Notices, Appeals, and departmental correspondence.
- Assisting in drafting Writ Petitions and legal opinions.
- Conducting legal research and case law analysis.
- Preparing case summaries and brief notes.
- Attending departmental or court hearings where feasible.
