Role Overview
- Corporate Transactions: Drafting MOUS, SHAs, and commercial contracts.
- Intellectual Property: Managing trademark registrations and copyright filings.
- Advisory: Legal research, compliance audits, and dispute resolution.
Eligibility & Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Corporate and/or IP law.
- LL.B. degree and enrollment with the Bar Council of India.
- Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a digital-first environment.
