Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review standard agreements, contracts, and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
- Support labour law inspections and regulatory filings, particularly in telecom and real estate sectors.
- Conduct internal legal and compliance audits.
- Assist with litigation and arbitration matters.
- Prepare timely reports and provide updates to senior legal experts.
- Handle additional legal and compliance assignments as required.
- Provide legal advice and perform contract reviews.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations across business operations.
Qualifications
- Legal professional with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in drafting and reviewing legal agreements and contracts.
- Solid knowledge of labour law and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to deliver accurate and timely reports.
- Strong team player committed to maintaining high legal and ethical standards.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in EV (Electric Vehicle) Infrastructure or related sectors.
- Familiarity with litigation and arbitration procedures.
- Experience conducting legal training and compliance sessions.
