Eligibility/Qualifications
- Law students (3rd–5th year of 5-year integrated LL.B. program or 2nd–3rd year of 3-year LL.B. program)
- Strong legal research and drafting skills
- Good analytical ability and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on statutes, regulations, case laws, and healthcare-related issues
- Review contracts, pleadings, and other legal documents
- Assist in drafting legal notices and replies
- Organize and maintain legal files and databases
- Prepare summaries and concise reports for the legal team
- Support due diligence and document review for transactions and litigation
