Essential Qualification and Experience
LL.B. degree (either a five-year integrated program or a three-year course) from a recognized university with at least 2+ years of relevant experience.
Good communication and effective negotiation skills are required.
Previous exposure to asset recovery, collections, or a related area will be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities

Meeting the recovery and collection targets assigned according to the product asset category.
Overseeing all cases initiated by the Bank, properly represented by Advocates with necessary support and inputs from Asset Recovery Executives.
Conducting regular customer visits to establish rapport, negotiate settlements, and recover outstanding amounts. Settlement proposals should be promptly submitted to SLC for evaluation and further processing.
Providing daily updates regarding market developments by AR Executives to SLCs.
Keeping complete and accurate records of all communications, field visits, and recovery actions.
Regularly updating relevant judgments and legal citations as part of ongoing work.
Ensuring proper and timely responses to complaints received from Regulatory authorities, Ombudsman, CRM, and Senior Management within the prescribed turnaround time (TAT).
Actively monitoring litigation matters in Courts and Consumer Forums on a daily basis to ensure resolution.
Processing Advocate fee payments and assigning cases whenever required.
