Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B).
- Ability to read Kannada (mandatory).
- Knowledge or interest in Property Law, Transfer of Property Act, Land Acquisition, Stamp Act, RERA etc.
- Strong legal drafting, document review and research abilities
- Understanding of property verification and land record processes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and basic documentation tools
- Strong ethics with keen attention to detail
