About the Internship
Cosmic is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join there Legal team.
Location
Sector 14, Noida
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining employment contracts, NDAs, commercial agreements, and other legal documents.
- Assist the legal team in reviewing and preparing shareholder agreements.
- Conduct legal research on corporate laws, intellectual property rights and regulatory developments impacting the business.
- Maintain organized legal records, contract repositories, IP databases, and compliance documentation.
- Assist in Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders including HR, Finance, Operations, and external consultants on legal and compliance matters.
Eligibility Criteria
Pursuing or recently completed LLB (4th, 5th year) / LLM from top schools.
