Key Responsibilities
- E-filing of trademark, copyright, and related applications
- Drafting replies, affidavits, and legal documents
- Handling trademark objections and submissions
- Conducting trademark searches and legal research
- Maintaining case records and status updates
- Coordinating with clients
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. degree
- Basic knowledge of IPR laws
- Good drafting and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
