Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.
- Advising on corporate and regulatory matters.
- Supporting transactional work.
- Working on technology-related contracts and regulatory frameworks.
- Coordinating with clients and internal teams.
Eligibility Criteria
- 1–3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Prior experience at a Tier-1 law firm (preferred).
