About the Role
DSA Legal is inviting applications for the position of Senior Associate.
Location
Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, New Delhi
Key Responsibilities
- Providing legal advice on litigation and regulatory matters.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating pleadings, commercial agreements, and dispute documentation.
- Handling litigation, arbitration, and commercial disputes across courts and forums.
- Identifying legal risks and advising on practical solutions.
- Developing templates, best practices, and dispute strategies.
- Supporting client engagement and business development initiatives.
- Travelling occasionally across India for hearings, conferences, and client meetings.
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- 9–12 years of post-qualification experience in litigation.
- Excellent command over spoken and written English.
