The firm regularly works on assignments before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) as Resolution Professionals and Liquidators, supported by a team of in-house and external advocates.

About the Internship

The internship offers hands-on exposure to Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) proceedings and commercial law matters. Interns will work closely with the firm’s team on ongoing insolvency cases and related legal work.

Stipend

₹10,000 per month

Nature of Work

• Assisting the team in IBC and insolvency-related cases.
• Supporting legal research and case documentation.
• Assisting in drafting legal documents and preparing case materials.
• Learning practical aspects of commercial and insolvency laws.

Eligibility

• Law students currently pursuing an LL.B. degree.
