Shepherd Law & Associates is inviting applications for two Legal Associates committed to serious litigation practice and high-quality drafting work.
Location
New Delhi
Eligibility & Requirements
- Enrollment with the Bar Council of India (mandatory).
- Strong drafting skills, including:
- Complaints
- Civil Suits
- Appeals
- Writ Petitions
- Special Leave Petitions (SLPs)
- Matrimonial Petitions
- Court exposure before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, District Courts, Consumer Commissions, and Tribunals.
- Excellent legal research abilities.
- Ability to assist with contracts and commercial documentation (international exposure preferred).
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and comfortable handling responsibility.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills suited for litigation practice.
