Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in handling matters before Trial Courts, High Courts, NCLT, and other tribunals.
- Independently draft pleadings, petitions, applications, and legal research notes.
- Support senior counsel in case strategy and preparation.
- Appear before courts and tribunals for procedural hearings and advocacy.
- Coordinate with clients, maintain case records, and ensure timely progress of matters.
- Mentor junior associates and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- 4–5 years Post-Qualification Experience in active litigation practice.
- Strong drafting, research, and analytical abilities.
- Experience in commercial disputes, corporate litigation, insolvency, and white-collar matters preferred.
- Ability to independently manage filings, court appearances, and client coordination.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of taking ownership of assignments.
