Key Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research on corporate and regulatory matters.
- Drafting contracts, agreements, legal opinions, and related documents.
- Managing case files and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Communicating with clients and providing updates.
- Reporting to Partners and Team Leaders.
- Attending internal discussions and client meetings.
