About the Internship
T&S LAW is seeking a dedicated and detail-focused candidate who is passionate about Capital Markets and eager to gain hands-on legal experience. The ideal applicant should be meticulous, willing to work in an office environment, and capable of understanding and applying provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. Candidates must be open to relocating for this offline role.
Eligibility Criteria
- Final-year (5th year) law students or law graduates. (Students in 4th year or below should not apply under this posting.)
- Strong legal research and drafting abilities.
- Demonstrated interest in Capital Markets.
- Self-driven and able to work independently.
- Quick learner with the ability to apply legal knowledge in practical situations.
Preference: Candidates with prior internship experience in Capital Markets and SEBI-related matters may be given preference.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct CIBIL checks and Promoter Watchout analysis.
- Perform legal research and assist in drafting work.
- Support IPR due diligence and preparation of investment-related documentation.
- Handle compliance and legal procedures related to appointment of directors and other matters under the Companies Act, 2013.
Mode of Internship
Offline (in-office) at Noida.
