About the Opportunity
The Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practice at Saraf and Partners is expanding, and the firm is seeking an Associate with approximately 9 months to 1.5 years of experience to join its Noida office. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working on complex transactions, thrive in a fast-paced deal environment, and are keen to accelerate their learning and professional development.
Roles and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will work closely with partners and senior lawyers on a broad range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, investments, exits, corporate reorganizations, and general corporate advisory work. The role will also involve assisting with legal due diligence, conducting research, preparing initial drafts of transaction documents, and supporting the team throughout deal execution.
Eligibility Criteria
Interested candidates should have prior experience in legal due diligence and research, the ability to prepare initial drafts of transaction documents, and the capacity to effectively support transaction teams during deal execution.
