Legal Prism is looking to hire candidates for its Title Search vertical with 2+ years of relevant experience in conducting title searches and preparing search reports.
The role involves working closely with property documentation, revenue records, and legal due diligence matters related to immovable property. Proficiency in Marathi and English is mandatory.
This is an urgent requirement for professionals who are detail-oriented and experienced in property title verification.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in conducting title searches and preparing Title Search Reports (TSR).
- Proficiency in Marathi and English (both spoken and written).
- Experience in reviewing property-related documents and revenue records.
- Familiarity with due diligence and legal verification for immovable property.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Conducting Title Search Reports (TSR).
- Reviewing property-related documents and revenue records.
- Assisting in due diligence and legal verification related to immovable property.
- Identifying defects, gaps, and risks in property titles.
