About the Competition
The Moot Court Committee, Faculty of Law, The ICFAI University, Himachal Pradesh, is organising the 2nd National Level Trial Advocacy Competition, 2026.
The Competition is designed to provide law students with practical exposure to trial court proceedings and to enhance advocacy, examination-in-chief, cross-examination, objections, appreciation of evidence, case strategy and courtroom etiquette. The theme of the Competition is ‘Corporate Crime, Digital Evidence and Trial Advocacy in the Age of Technology’.
Eligibility
Open to students enrolled in three-year LL.B. or five-year integrated LL.B. programmes from institutions recognised by the Bar Council of India or any competent authority. Only one team per institution is permitted. Each team shall consist of two Counsels and one Witness.

- Offline Advanced Rounds (Without Accommodation): ₹2,000 per team
- Offline Advanced Rounds (With Accommodation): ₹4,000 per team
