About the Internship

Area of Work
You will be actively involved in research, drafting, and litigation strategy across a diverse corporate portfolio, including:
- Corporate Disputes, Oppression & Mismanagement
- Insolvency and Bankruptcy (IBC)
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
- RERA Matters
- MSME Cases & Cheque Bounce Matters
Eligibility Criteria
- 4th or 5th year law students
- Strong interest in corporate/commercial laws
- Excellent research, drafting, and analytical skills
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 3 months
