Key Responsibilities
- Appearing before Adjudicating Authorities (GST)
- Drafting Replies to Show Cause Notices (Sec. 73/74 GST Act)
- Filing and drafting Appeals (Sec. 107, GSTAT)
- Assisting in writ petitions and tax litigation
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified Advocate (0–2 years PQE)
- Freshers with strong drafting & research skills can apply
- Interest in GST / Indirect Tax law
