About the Conference

The I.E.R.L. 2nd International E-Conference on World Constitutional Law, Governance & Justice 2026 aims to provide a global academic platform for students, scholars, academicians, legal professionals, researchers, policymakers, and social thinkers to engage in meaningful discussions on the changing dimensions of constitutionalism across the world.

In an era marked by rapid constitutional transformations, democratic stress, rising concerns over institutional accountability, human rights challenges, technological surveillance, environmental crises, and evolving interpretations of justice, constitutional law has become central to global governance discourse.

This conference seeks to:

About the Call for Papers

This conference invites original and unpublished research papers that contribute meaningfully to the discourse surrounding constitutional law, governance, democracy, justice, and institutional development across jurisdictions.

Submissions may include doctrinal research, comparative studies, policy analysis, empirical legal research, and interdisciplinary approaches.

The objective is to encourage serious academic engagement, critical legal analysis, and comparative constitutional research from participants across India and beyond.

Submission Guidelines

The paper must relate to the main theme or sub-themes of the conference

  • Submissions must be original and unpublished
  • Co-authorship is allowed (maximum 2 authors)
  • Format: Word document (.doc/.docx)
  • Font: Times New Roman
  • Heading: 14 | Main Text: 12
  • Line Spacing: 1.5
  • Alignment: Justified
  • Word Limit: 2500–6000 words (including footnotes)
  • Citation Style: OSCOLA / Bluebook / APA / I.E.R.L. Citation Framework
  • Footnotes: Font Size 10
  • Subheadings must be bold and left-aligned
  • Plagiarism will lead to immediate disqualification
  • Case laws and statutes may be italicised where necessary
