About the Organiser

The Delhi Global Institute of Management (DGIM), Faridabad, established in 2005, is a premier institution committed to providing quality and ethical education. Affiliated to MDU, Rohtak, and approved by the Bar Council of India, DGIM offers a wide range of programs in Law, Management, and Technology.

The Department of Law at DGIM focuses on blending traditional legal education with modern technological advancements, including AI-based legal tools. It emphasizes experiential learning through moot courts, legal aid, research, and advocacy training.

The Moot Court Society of DGIM plays a pivotal role in fostering advocacy skills, legal research, drafting, and courtroom etiquette among students through structured training and national-level competitions.

About the Event

The Department of Law, DGIM, is proud to announce its 2nd National Moot Court Competition, 2026, scheduled to be held from 16th to 18th April, 2026.

Building upon the success of its previous edition, which witnessed participation from reputed law institutions across India, the competition aims to provide a dynamic platform for law students to develop their advocacy, research, and analytical skills.

The competition will simulate real courtroom proceedings and test participants on legal reasoning, memorial drafting, and oral arguments before an esteemed panel of judges.

Eligibility

The competition is open to:

  • Students enrolled in 3-year LL.B. courses.
  • Students enrolled in 5-year integrated law programs.

Team Composition

Each team shall comprise:

  • Minimum 2 members (2 Speakers), and
  • Maximum 3 members (2 Speakers + 1 Researcher)

Registration Procedure

Participants can register through the official Google Form link given at the end of the post.

Teams are required to complete registration within the stipulated deadline and adhere to all rules mentioned in the official brochure and moot proposition.
