About the Webinar

Speaker

Dr. Milap Chopra

Dr. Milap Chopra is currently serving as Deputy Government Counsel, Government of Rajasthan, and Joint Secretary of the Rajasthan High Court Lawyers’ Association, Jodhpur. He holds an outstanding academic background with a B.Com. LL.B. (Hons.) – Gold Medallist, along with additional qualifications including Company Secretary (CS), MBA, LL.M., and Ph.D. in Constitutional Law.

With over a decade of experience before the Hon’ble Rajasthan High Court and other judicial forums, he has represented and advised a diverse range of clients, including Banks, PSUs, Co-operative Societies, Corporations, Educational Institutions, Urban Development Authorities, and Municipalities.

His areas of practice include Constitutional, Criminal, Civil, Service, Panchayati Raj, Revenue, Public Interest Litigation, Municipal, Transport, Irrigation, Banking, Electricity, Family, and Taxation matters.
