About the Role
BRC Group is seeking a Legal Counsel with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in handling in-house litigation support. The role involves assisting the company’s legal team in managing disputes, documentation, and project-related legal matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and handling litigation matters, particularly relating to civil disputes and arbitration cases.
- Drafting and vetting various deeds, agreements, and addendums.
- Preparing and reviewing official correspondence.
- Drafting and vetting project-related letters and documents in coordination with the Tender Department.
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. (3-year or 5-year) from a recognised law school.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
