Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review standard agreements, contracts, and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
• Support labour law inspections and regulatory filings, particularly in telecom and real estate sectors.
• Conduct internal legal and compliance audits.
• Assist with litigation and arbitration matters.
• Prepare timely reports and provide updates to senior legal experts.
• Handle additional legal and compliance assignments as required.
• Provide legal advice and perform contract reviews.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations across business operations.

Qualifications

• Legal professional with 2–3 years of relevant experience.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in drafting and reviewing legal agreements and contracts.
• Solid knowledge of labour law and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to deliver accurate and timely reports.
• Strong team player committed to maintaining high legal and ethical standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in EV (Electric Vehicle) Infrastructure or related sectors.
• Familiarity with litigation and arbitration procedures.
• Experience conducting legal training and compliance sessions.
