About the Opportunity
Dhaval Vussonji & Associates is inviting applications for the position of Associate / Senior Associate for its Mumbai-based Litigation team. Role & Responsibilities
- Independently manage cases before the Bombay High Court, City Civil Court, and various tribunals.
- Draft and argue substantive applications, pleadings, and written submissions.
- Handle matters related to real estate disputes, redevelopment issues, commercial litigation, and regulatory concerns.
- Engage directly with clients and coordinate with senior counsel.
- Work closely with partners on legal strategy, research, and overall case preparation.
Eligibility / Candidate Profile
- 4–6 years of post-qualification litigation experience in a law firm or chamber practice.
- Strong comfort with court appearances, drafting, and procedural strategy.
- Demonstrated legal acumen, attention to detail, and ownership of matters.
- Commitment to developing a dedicated litigation career.
