About the Seminar
NMC-International ADR Seminar 2026, scheduled ONLINE for January 25th, 2026, organised by NUALS in collaboration with the NUALS ADR Society. This premier event will bring together legal scholars, practitioners, and students to delve into the evolving dynamics of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
The seminar will feature discussions on contemporary issues such as technology-enabled dispute resolution, maritime dispute management and ocean governance, climate and environmental arbitration, space and aviation-related conflicts, cyber security and data sovereignty disputes, and cross-border commercial disagreements.
These sessions will be led by distinguished experts and practitioners from diverse international sectors. With a hybrid mode of participation, the seminar is designed to foster collaboration, promote academic and industry interaction, inspire innovative perspectives, and create a platform for impactful and future-oriented dialogue.
Eligibility
Open to all law students, professionals, scholars and anybody who is working or studying or has worked or studied in the field of law and is willing to participate.
