DPR Solutions Inc is looking for an experienced Legal Consultant with strong Corporate Legal & Commercial Contract Drafting experience.

5+ years of relevant legal experience
Must have experience working with Corporate / In-house Legal teams
Strong hands-on experience in Commercial Contract Drafting, Review & Negotiation
Experience drafting/reviewing:
- MSA – Master Service Agreements
- SOW – Statements of Work
- NDA – Non-Disclosure Agreements
- SaaS / IT Agreements
- Vendor / Client Agreements
- Service & Licensing Agreements
Strong understanding of contractual risk, indemnity, liability, termination, confidentiality and dispute-resolution clauses
Experience managing the end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
Good stakeholder management and communication skills

Candidates primarily from corporate companies preferred; pure litigation/law-firm profiles are not suitable.
