Key Responsibilities
- Conducting property title searches and due diligence
- Verifying ownership and title chains
- Reviewing sale deeds, registry documents, and loan-related papers
- Researching property laws, land records, and mortgage regulations
- Verifying legal and property documentation
- Coordinating with banks, advocates, and government authorities
- Maintaining accurate legal and due-diligence records
Eligibility & Skills
- Experience in property title search & due diligence
- Knowledge of property laws, land records & mortgage regulations
- Ability to verify ownership, title chain & legal documents
- Experience in reviewing sale deeds, registry documents & loan-related papers
- Strong legal research, analytical & documentation skills
- Ability to coordinate with banks, advocates & government authorities
