About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Regular appearance before District & Sessions Courts.
- Experience in matters under the MSME Development Act and the Negotiable Instruments Act.
- Strong drafting, research, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to independently handle assigned litigation matters with minimal supervision.
Eligibility Criteria
- 3–5 years PQE in litigation
- Strong academic background
