About the Role
DSA Legal is seeking motivated and commercially driven lawyers to join as Associate – Litigation.
Location
Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, New Delhi
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and assist in developing litigation and arbitration strategies across commercial disputes.
- Draft pleadings, applications, legal notices, briefs, and other case-related documentation.
- Assist senior counsel in representing clients before courts, tribunals, and arbitral forums.
- Coordinate with clients, counsel, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of filings, hearings, and deliverables.
- Track ongoing matters, maintain case records, and support effective case management.
- Stay updated on legal developments and contribute to the team’s knowledge and research initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. degree
- 3–4 years PQE in litigation
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
