About the Role
Lex Consult is hiring a Trainee Associate for its Dispute Resolution Team.

Eligibility Criteria
- Strong interest in civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, insolvency and corporate disputes, and a demonstrable appetite for legal research and continual learning.
- Law graduates (LL.B.) or final-year law students with strong interest in litigation, arbitration, insolvency, and corporate disputes.
- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills, including preparation of pleadings, affidavits, written submissions, briefs, and case notes.
- Strong understanding of procedural law of High Court and NCLTs.
- Ability to attend client meetings, court hearings, and arbitral proceedings, and prepare hearing notes and case materials.
- Support senior associates and partners in case preparation for litigation, arbitration and insolvency matters.
- Strong organisational and case management skills with attention to timelines and documentation.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn in a fast-paced litigation environment.
