About the Role
Sachan Law Analyst LLP invites applications for the position of In-House Legal Associate (0-1 Year Experience) for its In-House Legal Team

Key Responsibilities
- Preparing case briefs and internal summaries
- Attending and observing proceedings before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) for learning and record-keeping purposes
- Assisting in legal drafting and documentation
- Supporting seniors in document preparation and file management
- Conducting legal research on matters relating to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and corporate laws
Eligibility Criteria
- Recent law graduates or candidates with 0-1 year of post-qualification legal experience
- Strong interest in insolvency and corporate law
- Excellent research, drafting, and analytical skills
- A detail-oriented approach and willingness to learn
