About the Role
Wordict-IP is inviting applications for the position of Junior Associate – Intellectual Property Prosecution & Litigation at its Hyderabad office.

Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities
- Filing and prosecution of trademark and copyright applications
- Handling opposition, rectification and related proceedings before the Trade Mark Registry
- Drafting notices, pleadings, written submissions and other litigation-related documentation
- Legal research, portfolio management and compliance with statutory deadlines.
- Drafting plaints, written statements, writ petitions, affidavits, appeals and related court pleadings.
- Assisting in commercial agreements, advisory work and dispute resolution matters.
- Appearances before the Trade Marks Registry, Copyright Registry, District Courts and the High Court.
Eligibility Criteria
- 0–2 years PQE
- Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
- Ability to handle multiple assignments
· Preference may be given to candidates based in Hyderabad with prior experience in Intellectual Property, media & entertainment, technology law or litigation practice.
