About the Opportunity
NyaayDarshak is hiring a full-time Litigation Associate to join their Delhi-based practice from 1st July 2026.
Our work focuses on representing women in matters involving gender-based violence, including domestic violence, maintenance, child custody, family law disputes, workplace gender discrimination, and related issues.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Regular court appearances (Trial Courts, High Court, Supreme Court)
- Drafting petitions, applications, and replies
- Client interaction and case preparation
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of continuous litigation experience with court work
- 1–3 years (litigation experience required)
- Ability to join full-time from 01 July 2026 (Delhi-based)
Remuneration
Up to ₹33,000/month (plus travel on actuals).
