Experience
- 3 plus years of legal experience, preferably in banking, NBFCs, or recovery law firms covering SARFAESI Act, Cheque bounce cases, Banking litigation, compliance and documentation.
- Enrolled with the Bar Council of India
- In-depth knowledge of SARFAESI Act, NI Act, DRT Act, CPC, CrPC, and RBI norms.
- Strong drafting, legal research, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel for court hearings or property possession drives.
- Proficiency in maintaining case MIS, legal dashboards, and internal reporting.
