Role Description
- The candidate must possess a good academic record, demonstrable exposure to litigation before judicial and quasi-judicial forums, and a nuanced understanding of civil and commercial jurisprudence in India.
- An eye for detail with the soundness to follow instructions.
- The role requires the ability to perform under strict timelines.
- Familiarity with court practice and procedure before the High Court, NCLT, District Courts, and other forums.
- Experience in managing matters end-to-end, including coordinating with registry, advocates, and officstandar
- Superior drafting skills with the ability to prepare pleadings, applications, opinions, and research memoranda of a professional standard.
- The candidate must be prepared and willing to undertake in-house office responsibilities, research-oriented academic assignments, and institutional tasks as may be assigned in. furtherance of the firm’s professional engagements.
Eligibility
- LL.B. or LL.M. from a recognized law school.
- 06 months to 1 year of demonstrable relevant experience.
- Sound grounding in the foundational principles of, inter alia, the CPC, Arbitration Act, Contract Act, Specific Relief Act, Limitation Act, Insolvency Code, and Evidence Act.
- A solution-driven approach with the ability to deliver precise outcomes with minimal supervision.
- Refined interpersonal skills and the ability to engage professionally with clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated commitment to technical excellence and continuous engagement with developments in law.
- A hands-on, ownership-oriented approach to professional responsibilities, with readiness to see assignments through to completion.
