About the Role
IMS Lex Advisory is hiring Associates for its General Corporate & M&A Advisory practice. This role is suited for candidates with hands-on experience in transactions, due diligence, and corporate advisory work.

Key Responsibilities
- Proficiency in legal research and drafting and vetting Commercial Contracts;
- Prior experience in a general corporate and M&A advisory, specifically involved in due diligence and drafting of transaction documents;
- Solid understanding of company law, compliances and regulatory frameworks;
- Excellent communication, quality focused and time management skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Law graduate from a reputed institute.
- Enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
