National Cyber Awareness Content Creation Challenge 2026 by Indian Cybercrime Coordination Centre
About the Organisation
Indian Cybercrime Coordination Centre (I4C) was established by the MHA in New Delhi to provide a framework and ecosystem for Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) for dealing with Cybercrime in a coordinated and comprehensive manner. I4C is envisaged to act as the nodal point to curb Cybercrime in the country.
Eligibility
- The Challenge is open only to citizens of India.
- Participants must be 18 years of age or above on the date of submission.
- Employees, consultants, or directly associated personnel of I4C/Cyber Dost and their immediate family members may be restricted from eligibility, though participation for awareness purposes may be permitted.
- Multiple video entries by a participant must be included in a single submission.
Themes
Participants must create awareness content on any one of the following themes:
- Digital Arrest Scam
- Investment Scam
- Sextortion Scam
- KYC Update Scam
Entries submitted outside these themes will not be considered for evaluation. The factually correct information regarding these scams, their Modus and steps for prevention are in this campaign kit. Content Submission Requirement
To qualify as a valid entry, participants must:
- Create an original vertical video (9:16) with a maximum duration of 90 seconds.
- Ensure factual accuracy based on official advisories issued by Cyber Dost/I4C.
- Include the unaltered Cyber Dost logo provided in the official campaign kit.
- Clearly display the mandatory reporting message in the video
- Post the video from a public social media account on any or all of the following platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube).
- Use the official campaign hashtag (#CreatorsAgainstCyberCrime) and tag the designated CyberDost handle. —-

Submission Language
Participants may submit videos in:
- Hindi
- English
- Any Indian regional language (Turn on meta AI translations for better understanding of the content). However, the message and awareness intent must remain clear, accurate, and understandable

Selection Criteria
Entries will be evaluated by a panel designated by the organisers based on the following criteria:
- Accuracy of cyber awareness information
- Clarity and effectiveness of the awareness message
- Creativity and storytelling
- Public engagement potential
- Adherence to official campaign guidelines
The decision of the organisers will be final and binding.
Awards
Shortlisted entries (Top 3) may get:
- A chance to collaborate with I4C’s official Social Media platform, Cyber Dost I4C
- Highlighted as model awareness content for national cyber safety campaigns.
- Trophy/Memento/Certificate/Merchandise from I4C, MHA
Important dates
- The Challenge will remain open from 16 March 2026 to 16 April 2026.
- Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
