About the Opportunity
Tempus Law Associates is inviting applications for the position of Associate – Corporate at its Hyderabad office.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and transaction documents.
- Assist with corporate transactions, due diligence and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct legal research and prepare notes on corporate and commercial matters.
- Assist with general corporate advisory, including labour law and DPDP-related matters.
- Support the team in managing client assignments and transaction timelines.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from a reputed law university.
- At least two years of relevant post-qualification experience at a reputed law firm.
- Experience in corporate advisory and transactions, including M&A, PE/VC transactions, commercial contracts and due diligence.
- Strong legal drafting, research, analytical and communication skills.
