About the Opportunity
Deeds & Co. is inviting applications for the position of Legal Associates for its office in Bengaluru, Karnataka from law graduates with 0–2 years of experience and an interest in property-related laws and processes.
Roles and Responsibilities
The role requires legal drafting, document review and research abilities, along with an understanding of property verification and land record processes.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.).
- 0–2 years of experience.
- Ability to read Kannada is mandatory.
- Knowledge of or interest in Property Law, the Transfer of Property Act, land acquisition, the Stamp Act and RERA.
- Strong legal drafting, document review and research abilities.
- Understanding of property verification and land record processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic documentation tools.
- Strong ethics and keen attention to detail.
