About the Organiser
The Birla School of Law (BSOL) under Birla Global University, Bhubaneswar was established in 2018, aiming to be a premier destination for aspiring new-generation lawyers.
About the Competition
The 3rd Edition of the National Level Moot Court Competition is organised to honor the late founders, B K Birla and Late Sarala Birla. The competition will take place on 9, 10 and 24 October 2026.
Competition Structure
- Preliminary & Quarter Final rounds: Online on 9 & 10 October 2026
- Semi Final & Final rounds: Offline on 24 October 2026 at Birla Global University, Bhubaneswar
Eligibility
- Students enrolled in three-year or five-year integrated law degree courses from any recognised University, Law School, College, or Department are eligible.
- Multiple teams from the same institution are allowed to participate.

Registration Details
- Non-refundable registration fee: ₹2,000 payable via QR code or account transfer.
- Interested teams must submit a scanned copy of Annexure-A (Registration Form) and payment receipt via email to bsolmcc@bgu.ac.in.
