The ideal candidate should have
- Experience in IP prosecution, advisory, and litigation.
- Hands-on experience with the IP Online Filing Portal for various filings.
- Prior experience in conducting trade mark searches, filing trade mark applications, preparing replies to Examination Reports, and handling documents relating to trade mark oppositions.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills, with experience in preparing pleadings and briefing counsel before the Bombay High Court, along with an interest in working on matters before courts in Delhi and Madras.
Eligibility Criteria
- 3–5 years PQE
- Experience in IP prosecution, advisory, and litigation
