About JUS AMICUS 2026
JUS AMICUS 2026 is a National Moot Court Competition aimed at providing law students with a platform to enhance their legal research, memorial drafting, and oral advocacy skills. The competition seeks to bridge the gap between theoretical legal education and practical courtroom experience while promoting professionalism, ethical advocacy, teamwork, and critical thinking among aspiring legal professionals.
Participants from law schools across India will engage with contemporary constitutional and criminal law issues through a simulated court environment.
Registration Details
- Registration Fee: ₹3,500 per team
- Team Composition: Three members (Two Speakers and One Researcher)
- Eligibility: Students pursuing 3-year or 5-year LL.B. programmes from institutions recognized by the Bar Council of India.
- Maximum of three teams are permitted from a single institution.
