About the Role
Shrivara Law Offices is hiring an Associate for its Capital Markets & Regulatory Practice at there Noida office.

Key Responsibilities
- Drafting DRHP legal chapters – Litigation, Key Regulations and Government Approvals
- Drafting and reviewing transaction documents, agreements and disclosures across ECM and DCM mandates
- Conducting legal and regulatory research under SEBI Regulations, the Companies Act and allied securities laws
- Carrying out legal due diligence and compliance support for IPO and AIF transactions
- Preparing notes, legal opinions and memoranda on regulatory and transactional matters
- Coordinating with clients, merchant bankers and regulatory authorities
Eligibility Criteria
- 0-1 years in capital markets; freshers may apply, with preference to legal trainee or internship experience
- Qualified Company Secretary and/or law graduate
- Sound grounding in SEBI and securities laws, with sharp drafting skills
- Ready to take ownership and real responsibility
