Key Responsibilities
- Legal research and case analysis
- Drafting pleadings (complaints, suits, writs, applications, replies, etc.)
- Assisting and appearing before courts/tribunals
- Case briefing, file management, and procedural compliance
Eligibility Criteria
- 0–1 year PQE in litigation
- Fresh law graduates with a strong interest in litigation are encouraged to apply
- Must be based in or residing in Delhi
Preferred Skills
- Prior court exposure and drafting experience
- Strong legal research and drafting skills
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
