The conference is open to Undergraduate and Postgraduate Students (LL.M.), Doctoral Scholars (Ph.D.), Professors, Assistant Professors, Legal Practitioners, Advocates, Barristers, Solicitors, Criminologists, Policy Researchers, Think-Tank Fellows, Civil Society Professionals, NGO Representatives, Government Researchers, Academicians, and individuals working in the fields of law, public policy, governance, forensic sciences, geopolitics, and related disciplines.

Call for Papers

  • Abstract Submission Guidelines
  • Abstract Length: 250–500 words
  • Minimum of 5 Keywords
  • Co-authorship permitted for up to 2 authors
  • Full Paper Guidelines
  • Word Limit: 3,500–6,000 words
  • Citation Style: Bluebook (20th Edition)
  • All submissions will undergo a Double-Blind Peer Review Process

Policy Brief Track

Theme: “Beyond Borders: Jurisdiction, Extradition, and the Enforcement of Human Rights Obligations.”

  • Policy Brief Requirements
  • Abstract Length: 300–350 words
  • Policy Brief Length: 1,500–2,000 words
  • Co-authorship permitted for up to 2 authors
  • Accepted policy briefs will be presented during a dedicated Practitioner Dialogue Session and
  • published as part of the official conference proceedings.
