1st ALSB National Online Corporate Legal Drafting Competition 2026
The competition is designed to introduce participants to the practical dimensions of corporate transactions, boardroom negotiations, commercial governance, and strategic legal drafting. Participants are required to draft a Commercial Collaboration and Technology Supply Agreement based on the problem proposition provided by the organizers.
